China and India Pull Back From Himalayan Standoff

 NEW DELHI—India and China have started off pulling again some of their troops from a standoff in disputed border areas in the Himalayan mountains, next latest talks among senior army leaders and diplomatic efforts to quiet tensions, according to an Indian protection official.

Chinese troops have moved again many miles from the entrance line at three disputed border-patrol details in one particular of the areas, the protection official stated.
