Russian Negotiator Doubts China Will Join 3-Way Arms Accord Sought by Trump

Moscow won’t tension China to sign up for the coming arms-command talks with U.S. and Russian negotiators, Russian Deputy Overseas Minister Sergei Ryabkov stated Tuesday.
