Kim Jong Un Appears at a Factory Opening, Ending Rumors of Ill Health

SEOUL—Newly printed pictures showed North Korean chief Kim Jong Un smiling and strolling all over a factory Friday, ending a just about 3-7 days absence from public check out that fueled rumors of his dying.
